The breakout stars you need

If you haven't grabbed Keon Coleman yet, stop sleeping. With his potential finally hitting, he’s a must-roster candidate. If you’re in a league with shallow benches, he’s your priority add—feel free to drop up to 20% of your FAAB budget on him if the injury news for his team continues to trend downward.

In Cincinnati, the plot thickens. With Ja'Marr Chase and Tee Higgins both dinged up, Dohnte Meyers came through with 82 yards on seven catches against the Jets. If the stars stay sidelined, Meyers has the potential to be a weekly starter in an offense that desperately needs a playmaker.

Over in Seattle, Wilson is officially the move. After Jadarian Price hit the IR, Wilson dropped 81 rushing yards and a touchdown plus 39 receiving yards with a score. He’s an easy RB2 play until the backfield rotation shifts again. Meanwhile, Romeo Doubs and Drake Maye are building real chemistry. Doubs pulled in two touchdowns on nine targets this week—he belongs on your roster.

The reality check

Real talk: the Justin Herbert experience is currently a massive L. Between the offensive line struggles and the scheme not clicking, he’s looking like a total bust for Superflex leagues. If you have short benches, it’s highkey time to cut him.

Also, keep Emeka Egbuka on your bench for now. Without Baker Mayfield, the passing rhythm is just not there. He managed only 13 yards on four targets this week, and it’s giving “wait and see” until the offense finds its footing again.

The run game report

Chicago is fully leaning into the ground attack while Caleb Williams is out. Monangai was the workhorse with 146 yards and two scores on 30 carries. If the game script stays this way, he’s going to keep eating.

Why it matters

Fantasy seasons are won on the waiver wire, not just the draft. Identifying these emerging targets and cutting the dead weight now is the difference between a championship run and ending up at the bottom of the standings.
