HYBE’s latest girl group, TUIDE, has officially entered the chat, and they aren’t here to play by the usual rules. Comprised of seven members, the group is carving out their own lane with a genre they’ve dubbed “Soultronic”—a highkey genius mix of warm R&B vibes and sleek, polished electronic beats.
More Than Just A Concept
It’s giving freedom. The name TUIDE comes from "Tune the tide," a bold manifesto about steering the music scene in a new direction. Their debut album, TUNE & PLAY, is all about breaking free from the standard formulas. Take their B-side track “ABD,” for example—it’s a playful middle finger to the traditional A-B-C structure, proving they aren't looking for the right answer inside a preset frame.
Members Seohee, Seoyeon, Elena, Seah, Jia, Yi Hani, and Saki are bringing a refreshing, unfiltered energy to their music. Produced by the iconic GroovyRoom, their sound highlights each member’s unique vocal color while keeping the chemistry at an all-time high. “As we kept practicing... there came a point where we could get in sync just through eye contact,” Seohee shared.

For their lead single “SUN KISS,” the group took their talents to the massive landscapes of Iceland. The goal? To capture a carefree, bright energy that helps fans forget their daily grind and feel like they’re on a road trip with their besties. With their sights set on rookie awards, it’s safe to say TUIDE is here to stay.
