Turns out, Madonna wasn't about to play the waiting game. "Everybody who knows me knows how impatient I am," she told the crowd. After five days went by without hearing back about a potential feature, she went rogue and DMed Sabrina directly. Real talk: it’s giving main character energy.

Whatever Madonna did, it lowkey worked—Sabrina responded, and they were in the studio within weeks. The duo, who also snagged the Moon Person for Artist of the Year between them, hit it off instantly.
Madonna shouted out Sabrina’s work ethic, saying, "I love working with you because you are so professional." She even joked about their shared habits, noting, "When I show up late, she shows up early, so it works out. And she has OCD, and so do I. We write our lyrics down on pieces of paper, like they did in the 1800s."
Sabrina made sure to keep things clear for the fans, jokingly adding, "My team replies, just so everybody knows! They do respond to people, but I respond faster."
