Three guys, aged 18, 19, and 20, decided to set up a barber chair in the median of a busy road on Sunday night. Their goal? A viral TikTok video. Real talk: the plot thickened fast when a Chevy Silverado and a Lexus SUV collided right near them around 8:10 p.m.
What Went Down
The 18-year-old getting his hair cut was seriously injured after being clipped by one of the trucks involved in the wreck. While the other two guys weren't physically hurt, they described the aftermath as chaotic. One of them told a witness, “Next thing you know, I’m on the ground. We’re pancakes and flapjacks, flying.”
Witnesses and Ocala Police are now weighing in. Interestingly, the group actually thought they were being smart by picking the median instead of the middle of traffic lanes—but clearly, the vibes were still way off. Police confirmed neither driver involved in the initial crash was intoxicated, but the stunt itself is being heavily criticized. Local witness Damian Fox noted that the videographer involved seemed pretty nonchalant about the whole situation, which honestly isn't the move.
