The Allegations
Domonique Hayes, 40, has filed a lawsuit in Manhattan Supreme Court against 45-year-old rapper Keyon Hart, who performs as Snake IIz. Hayes claims that on July 4, 2025, Hart sexually assaulted her in a hotel room in Coney Island. According to the complaint, Hayes had been drinking throughout the day and into the night, eventually feeling "woozy" and struggling to stay awake.
Hayes alleges that as she was losing consciousness, Hart forcibly removed her clothing and assaulted her despite her verbal resistance. The suit claims that after the incident, Hart attempted to intimidate her by referencing a firearm and labeling himself a "pimp." Hayes, who previously hosted the web-based radio show PrettygirlsXXX, states she never reported the incident to police at the time. She is now seeking unspecified damages, as well as payment for modeling work she claims she performed for Hart's clothing brand, Soldi Sporchi, for which she says she was never compensated.
The Response
Hart, who has collaborated with artists like Tupac Shakur and is affiliated with the M.O.P. crew, has denied all allegations. In a statement to the New York Post, Hart called the accusations "not true" and labeled Hayes a "liar." While he claimed to possess text messages from Hayes that contradict her account, he did not provide them for review. His lawyer, Rene Myatt, declined to comment on the filing.
Hayes' legal counsel, Lawrence Pearson, released a statement saying, "For far too long, men have used promises of work or success to lure women into vulnerable situations where they can exploit them sexually."
