If you needed a dose of serotonin today, look no further than the Dancing With the Stars rehearsal space. Pro dancer Daniella Karagach just gave us the scoop on her 3-year-old daughter, Nikita, and her adorable bond with her mom's dance partner, Ezra Frech.
Real talk: Nikita is lowkey obsessed with the Paralympic gold-medalist. According to Daniella, watching them hang out on the couch is basically the cutest thing ever. Nikita even thinks Ezra is legit superhuman, telling her mom, “He’s like Superman.” And honestly? We have to agree—the man is absolute goals.

It’s not just the toddler who’s loving the energy. Ezra shared that he’s built a sweet little community with Daniella, her husband Pasha Pashkov, and his fellow contestant Amber Glenn.
“Having Posh and Amber, it feels like I have teammates in this,” Ezra said. “It’s just beautiful energy.”
