Fans started convinced the vibes were off after both actors archived photos of each other from their Instagrams. Apparently, in the year 2026, deleting a post is basically a public declaration of war. Bright addressed the speculation with a sarcastic clapback, telling E! News’ Keltie Knight, “I mean, god forbid I wanted an aesthetic Instagram. My bad. I’m so sorry!”
Laughing it off
Bright shared that she and Cameli actually find the rumors hilarious. She mentioned that they’ve spent every day together on set and would often scroll through the wild theories while hanging out in the green room. “He’s like, ‘Ha! Remember when we did that?’ I was like, ‘That never happened,’” she explained.
Real talk: she confirmed that she and her castmates—including Mika Abdalla, Stephen Kalyn, Antonio Cipriano, and Jalen Thomas Brooks—are genuinely close. With filming for Off Campus season two officially wrapped, she noted that she’s going to miss the squad. She teased that the new season features some “really great ensemble moments” now that the cast has settled into their characters.
