According to reports from the Department of Justice’s Victim Notification System, she’s headed to the Austin Transitional Center in Del Valle, Texas, on August 23, 2027.

Holmes is currently serving an 11-year sentence for wire fraud and conspiracy after she was caught misleading investors at her former company. While the Federal Bureau of Prisons didn’t confirm the move—stating they don’t discuss individual release plans—the notification indicates she will finish her sentence at this privately-owned facility.
