It’s giving main character energy! Dancing With the Stars pro Adele Zaikman and fellow dancer Allen Genkin have officially confirmed they are dating, and honestly, the internet is living for it. The duo first crossed paths while competing on season one of Dancing With the Stars: The Next Pro, a series Zaikman ended up winning.
Genkin took to Instagram on Sept. 30 to drop the news in a heartfelt 25th birthday tribute to Zaikman. "I want to wish you happiness, health, love and all the success that life has to offer," he wrote, calling her his "beautiful queen." He also added that meeting her was the "best thing" that happened to him post-show.
The group chat is thriving
Real talk: their friends are just as relieved as we are. Zaikman’s DWTS partner, Conner Leavitt, commented, "So I don’t need to keep this a secret anymore?" while fellow contestant Selena Hamilton echoed the sentiment, posting, "Secrets out thank goodness."
It’s a massive plot twist considering that less than two weeks ago, Zaikman was still playing coy. During a Sept. 19 appearance on the Fire Chats: The Mindfire Pod, she told listeners she would let them know "if something happens." Well, the plot thickens—she definitely let us know!
