The Panic Meter is Real

If your fantasy team is sitting at 0-3 or 1-2, the vibes are officially off. It’s time for some real talk: you need to decide who is a total L and who actually has potential to bounce back. Don't sell low just to sell low, but if the situation has fundamentally changed, you need to adjust your expectations.

Who to Drop and Who to Pick Up

Brian Thomas Jr. is officially in panic mode. After a rough Week 3 with only one catch for eight yards, he’s struggling to see the field in two-receiver sets. If you need the roster space, honestly, say less—it's time to move on. Meanwhile, Justin Herbert is looking rough in a stale offensive scheme that just isn't giving what it's supposed to give. With no deep threat and limited rushing usage, he's barely playable in one-QB leagues.

But don't lose hope—the waiver wire is looking spicy. Kenyon Sadiq is the main character right now after a massive breakout: seven catches, 105 yards, and a score. He’s a must-add in all leagues. Fannin is also back on the menu after Deshaun Watson’s resurgence in Cleveland; he’s looking like a go-to red zone threat. If you’re in a PPR league, scoop up Robinson for his high target volume. Finally, if you need a deep-league flier, Tremayne is a solid play with Jalen Coker dealing with a lingering injury.

Why it matters

Fantasy football is all about adapting to the chaos. Knowing who to cut and which emerging talents are actually worth your FAAB (free agent budget) is the difference between a championship run and watching your season go up in flames.
